Description:
The Goose in the Pond block has been around for over a century. It's a wonderfulblock to learn and practice basic block building skills. You will learn to create a nine patch, rail fence and half square triangle blocks. I'll also share some ideas to use these 3 blocks into your future projects.
 
Skill Level:  Beginner
 
Skill, Technique, or Method:
Two of the blocks will be created by using the "strip piecing" method. The other will be using the quick square triangle method.

Fabric Requirements: 
     Dark Fabric: 2 ½ yards
     Light Fabric: 1 ¾ yards
     Backing: 3 ¾ yards
     Binding: ⅝ yard
